A week from today I will be on the other side of the world. Emotions are running wild and to be honest I’m all over the place. We got back from domestic ministry in Mississippi and everything changed. Our team bonded, grew and loved on each other during the time we were away. Now that we are back in Georgia I can see the change in some of my teammates hearts and it’s beautiful. The Lord has been softening my heart and giving me more empathy…with that comes more tears but also more joy. I feel so blessed that we are all walking in the same direction as each other. That at some point in the past year we all decided to drop everything and follow Jesus. The song “so will i” has been really speaking to me recently because it speaks into this calling. During our time away we had a few opportunities for ministry such as painting, hanging out with kids, organizing their building and installing trim. This week we will be debriefing which is best explained as a reset before we leave for Malaysia. I’m so excited to see how God moves and changes my heart. I miss everyone so much. Thank you for all your prayers!

You probably know your papi is pretty close by, in the same state at least. I bet he’s wishing he could “drop by,” He told me the weather is pretty hot and humid. Are you getting acclimated to that?
It’s been beautiful here, crisp and sunny with cool nights. Love it!
Next week we’re going to Aunt Em’s to welcome Marlece home from her mission. It will be so nice to see her again.
